I do not want to buy, but there is my opinion:

I think prices are to high for now (first you need to get more traffic to your list), now I can buy listing at official glype script site and get similar (or better) results for 1GBP, so I think your starting price should be 1-2USD.

It wouldn't hurt, but seeing that many major topsites don't have SSL, there might not be any benefit to it.

How much RAM? I may be interested.

 

We talk about (proxy) hosting here. The server has 4 GB, I have been watching RAM usage for some time I can assure you that hardly ever were 40% used during peak times. Moreover, more RAM can be added should it become necessary.

I can only accept a limited number of people running glype or phproxies, no resellers. Also, I reserve the right not to sell at my sole discretion.

VPS is better, trust me

 

I've tried VPS and Dedicated servers. VPS becomes slow and crashes often if you have lots of traffic. Dedicated server costs a bit too much for you to get decent profits out of proxies (Doesn't apply if you make large numbers of proxies every day). Both VPS and Dedi are useless if you buy one with low specifications, that can't stand the load of your traffic.

Now I am back to a HUGE shared hosting package. Worked fine so far and I still have room to grow.
