I need a serious help

Hi guys I'm in need of a serious help cause I am a total noob.
So here is the story me and a friend of mine who recently finished his course in web design are trying to build an escort directory.I searched on google for escort directory software and the cms popes up and now i know that some how through that software you can build a site,even though I have no idea how it's done.Now I would like you to all look at something and explain to me if that is an option how does this guy has this option in the site.

You may consider doing a patnership with someone who has experience in this area, but you need to demonstrate that you can make a credible contribution to the project.

 

Yeah I know its going to work I know how to market it but i need someone serious that can help me there is a potential for millions of dollars in this biz
