The majority of online traders use PayPal or MB , so just for larger convenience and simplicity, I would recommend using them to you instead of e-gold....:)

E-Gold is pretty complicating. You need to sign up with e-gold then buy e-gold from an agent then sell e-gold through some other agent. Paypal is a lot more straight forward and less troublesome.

I did mean Moneybookers. MB supports most of the countries PayPal doesn't , so Chandubhai ,take your client base into consideration before making any decision

E-Gold is good because it accept all countries butthe main problem is funding it
anyway if we made deep look you guys will see atleast to me that moneybookers is much better than paypal ,and accept most of countries while PayPal don't so paypal limit most online trade and sales to only a group of main countries and this is not good at all

Personally, I believe that the credit card is the best means of online payment. Everyone can use it and there is usually no restriction to countries accepting or receiving it. If you do not have the facilities, you can use a 3rd party payment provider like 2checkout.

Ya, egold is not so good idea for bussiness, it is a bit complex, you dont get good exchage rate when coverting, they also do not have API as paypal does.

But it cool, as they have no charge back policy :)

I cannot get the right mode for me. I have a very cool product that I need to sell online. I cannot activate paypal cos I cannot add my bank account and I do not have a Credit Card. I dont have enough money to get a merchant account. I am kinda stuck. Do you think people will pay me through www.xoom.com. I am in India.
