    i think ho.am is good, they offers you free host with no ads, and you can install wp from some kinda of fantastico from they vista panel.

    There are literally thousands of free blog hosts that have popped up using WPMU. Many of them will TOS your site when you start getting a little traffic and then redirect your traffic. Hosting is so cheap these days that there's really no reason to use a free host.

    blogspot.com and wordpress.com are good enough... but if you want some to make feel free such space or anything to install, i think it's a good idea to try some free hosting with no stricted rules such 000webhost.com and freeweb7.com...
