US Bank for Non residents, how?

I found some websites let you open a US Bank even if you aren't not a US citizen or resident.
How can they open a US bank account with your name without a valid SSN or ITIN?
How does it work? is it legal?

Would you mind sharing the url of that website? Its abit strange, I've seen sites giving cards without having a bank account or being US residents but never seen opening a bank account without being a US resident.

you do not need SSN or ITIN to open personal account in US, bank just need to identify you properly

 

They're just agents, offering to start LLC company in Delware for you, which is a tax paradise. But the government in your country might not like it that you try to avoid taxes and hide your earnings. You have also be careful, a lot of these middleman are just scammers. I don't think it's easy to make a bank accounts in US without having friends or trusted people in the US.

 

SSN is required to open a personal account in USA, when I opened my bank accounts in USA, they'd asked me for my SSN.

2. Wait for your GOLD membership to be approved

3. Once GOLD membership approved, go back to the order menu

4. Apply for the US bank account and pay for the fees
