    The banner is ok but the left side ad placement is improper.

    I would probably lose the 728x90 on the top and the 300x250 on the left sidebar and keep the 300x250 in the single pages. You are only saturating your own CPCs by having too many ads. Try to stick with fewer ads but in better placements, this will yield in higher CTRs, CPM, and more revenue.

    Looks like your AD placement is good.

    But, give this a try
    1. replace 468x60 with 468x15 link unit
    2. move that 468x60 below the content in details page.

    Users after reading the Content will think about going to Next Page or Next Article. Since they cannot see the Topmenu and Leftmenu, They try to Click on the AD that is placed after the Content in Details Page.
