    The top banner ad will get zero clicks, this is close to guaranteed, as they are not in the context of the site. The sidebar ads will also get hardly any clicks (maybe a few more) because they are low down. Saying that, I would include the adverts within the web posts. So say user the image add a small google adsense block, this will catch the audience and entise them to click.

    At the moment, do not expect any clicks, even with high traffic.

    Worry less about Adsense and more on content even though the ads are not relevant with your site people will click trust me.

    I like the Top banner .. it disguise like in Techcrunch, Windows7news etc..
    However you can change the size of sidebar ad and remove the Footer ad(amazon)
    Although i am not a expert, i was searching for these kinda of advice some months ago.. :p
    Off-Topic: btw, can anyone tell me Ads channels for my site? i dunno wht is tht? and how to put the correct channel keyword. :(

    My suggestions:
    1. The ads on the sidebar
    - try to display it on fold. Try to move it up below the Search box.
    - try to change the background color to mimic your site's gray shade to blend it in.
    - the links in green, how about mimicking the color of the link on the "New on .." widget?

    2. Add a square ad on your article but make sure not to place it beside the images. Square ads has the highest CTR based on people's experiences.
