cms most flexible and easy to customise?

    Hi ive been experimenting with a few cms systems like joomla and drupal. I wondered if there were any that were quite flexible to customise or produce your own theme.

    your thoughts and experiences?

    ok i think ill have a go. I obviously want to produce my own themes. Ive been developing for a few years so hopefully ill be able to do it.

    Is there a thread on building themes? ill have a search
