What's the best way to file an ebay dispute? Item not received. Paypal or ebay?

    So I am planning to file a dispute against an UK seller who probably scammed me by not sending me the item. The package is not trackable. I have 100% feedback and he has 78% plus I've been registered for a longer time than him. The item has got paypal buyer protection.

    How should I file the dispute to maximize the chances of me winning the case? Through ebay or paypal?

    Paypal deals much more with the money side, and ebay owns and runs Paypal. I would personally use Paypal.

    I don't know about the UK but in the US it's pretty much impossible to get anyone at Ebay except through email. You can call PayPal at 1-866-888-6080.

    Yup, I did it through paypal and escalated to claim. The seller has 10 days.

    he will be more threaten when you do both. of course ebay dispute will ruin his business, but should you talk first? wait for replies or something. been in ebay for long time though and some people are just that busy. so they can't reply right away.
