Smoking is very injurious to your health.

Its always better to quit the same.

 

I smoke and have tried to quit in the past two no avail I used the patch and gum but started up again I recently came aware of a electronic cigarette that can help those who want to quit but miss the act of smoking. I think this is a great innovation for those who want to stop smoking because of health problems but still want to smoke with out all the harsh additives of smoking. I too smoke about two cigarettes a day. Yeah, i know that smoking causes cancer and not good for health but i feel like that i am addicted to it.

I quit smoking 5 days ago. Only first day was hard for me, now I almost don't feel thirst for cigarettes.

 

its a nice sunny day and im craving a cigar and some whisky.

 

I don't smoke and hopefully don't ever start.

 

I dont smoke, I have tried it several times but i cannot understand it. Drugs give you pleasure and so does alcohol, this is understandable for me but cigarettes? No logic.

Can someone help me how to quit this smoking habit? I have been smoking like 5 years now and I smoke 10 stick per day.

I really love to quit.

 

I smoke up to 4 packs when my partner and I have a drinking session, which is terrible.

Average day between 1 and 2 packs, better than when I was working - when I used to write for a living I chain smoked, smoking 3 packs every 6 hours of work - it was way too demanding.

I quit briefly last year but started up again after I had to have surgery (unrelated to smoking) - my lungs are apparently fine, I'm part of a study, but I still plan to quit soon.

 

Smoking is really harmful not only for the person who takes it but also for them who stands beside them..

 

i smoke when i'm alone, i don't smoke in front of people, and i think drinking is worse than smoking, that's why i don't drink, and i want to quit smoking too someday when i have a kid

 

Only when all my crew smoke, hehee
