    My mobile phone I use throughout the day.
    Usually an early phone call each morning, texting throughout the day (Im not someone who sends lots of texts...I tend to text only a handful of people).
    I'd say I use my camera on my phone a lot at the moment!

    I have a phone and it is always on. but nobody calling me and I don't call anyone. I change the number if I am getting too much phone calls. loneliness is really great. isn't it.?

    Around 3-4 times per day, depending on the need, really. Working days give me extra opportunities for that, while weekend calls are mostly just family and frends stuff, but the last one is usually a sms or two.
