i have been using ziddu. i think it is the best system online that pay his member only 10$ for 10000 downloads but what i love about it is we can upload any file size and quick to download. that's what i love

depositfiles -> yes they pay...is use them since 2008...but since 1st february 2010 they changed something in the whole calculations (my rank was 50 or so ... right now i am only on rank 180). from one to the other day the number of my unique downloads got cut down to the half. after contacting the support i only got a silly excuse that they have increased payouts and that they changed nothing. also uploading is very slow at the moment and remote upload does not work for me...

hotfile -> no problems, they pay every monday

uploaded.to -> yes they pay (but takes 3-4 weeks) ... with starting of may 2010 i recognized that they also reduced my earnings (even though i did not changed my posting frequence and amount or so) ... when ur to successful you will be downgraded

x7.to -> got paid 1 time, but after the payout my balance was negative like (-)20.00€. therefore and due to unprofessional behaviour i stopped using this host.

storage.to -> got paid in 2009 3-4 times (worked really good ~150 bucks per month)...but as many users already mentioned they stopped payouts completly -> dont use them

 

The rules keep changing, so we need to keep updated

the most stable currently only hotfile, they just improve the interface too

yes i vouch for extabit . they pay in correct time. i am earning 20$ perday

 

Hotfile is the best. Although I would hope the pay recurring premium commission to the referrals. But still they never delay payments. I'm making 1k$ or close to that this week

 

Hotfile pays to everyone has kick ass speeds I just do not like the 400mb file size I wish they you bump it up to 750mb
Megaupload has kick ass speed do not know how the pay is not about 2 to 2 1/2 pay was pretty good
Depositfiles pays but download speed for free users suck & there is a 3 to 4 hr wait period between file downloads one you download a 350mb file or bigger
Netload sucks I have never been able to download anything
Uploading sucks I have never been able to download anything
Uploaded.to 250mb file size is way to low should be 750mb & download speed suck for free users
Freakshare download speed suck for free users
Turbobit download speed suck for free users
X7 has no Faq site is really hard to navigate download for me stoped 20% of the way through

Just wanted to leave an official note from our company in this thread and comment some questions raised here about our service - Uploading.com.

The first question in this thread was about payments. We sure do pay, and you can find our official thread on this forum and contact our partners if necessary.

About stability - we have recently completed full upgrade of our system, now we are waiting for the final bandwidth increase to assure good download speed for all users not depending on servers peak load periods. This upgrade process was tough for us and for our partners and users, and we would like to thank them for their patience.

What is important, we have added multiple new features recently that our partners requested.

As for rates, they are among the highest ones on the market, we pay up to 20 USD for 1000 downloads from 40 countries (including non-unique downloads).

There were comments in this thread that our service is blocked on some forums. In the nearest future we will start 'returning' to these forums, at least we will do everything depending on us to achieve that.

So we ask you to try our service, you won't regret about that.

 

I am using FileServe, i do receive payment from them in 3 days time.
They counts all countries, 25% for Ref, pay up to usd$25. Also their report is GREAT!! Even free user can join the Affiliate, no tires for payout, it is more fair to us.

And they just announce a Saturday bonus promotion, 25% for Sat earning, just for this week.

 

I would mention hotfile.com and uploading.com. No doubt hotfile dominates on the market now, however I really hope uploading.com would become a real competitor for it
