Sell a site with revenue from link sales?

Hello,

I have a site with almost income from link sales (blogroll and blogpost).

If I want to sell the site, all income from links sold I will keep, or must transfer to buyer? (buyer is who will buy my site).

And how many months of income for price is the best? (traffic almost is organic).

All income is still yours...you just sell a site..but you or your buyer must keeping the link until the period expiry....I suggest 5x from your monthly income. Hope will help.

 

Make an agreement with your buyer that he will keep the link that haven't end of the contract. If he request the money, i think give some of your earns is enough.
Just make sure the contract between you and the link buyer is fulfilled, if no maybe you will get bad feedback from the link buyer.

 

By right,all income will be given to the new owner coz they own the blog now.

Price is depend on which country the traffic is majority from.
