    Soon i wana open an Mail Marketing Company, But i dont know where to host my Site ?

    i need a host that atleast allow sending emails 500-1000/hour... !!

    Let us know if you find one. Maybe try Mail Chimp I think it is?

    Every host will limit the amount of mail sent per hour.
    You can use offshore hosting coz the amount they limit is higher around 2000 mail/hour.
