Need help with site's value

    Need some help from all the pros here at DP. I hope this thread is in the right place.

    I am selling one of my busiest sites website-marketplace.com
    not because i want to but have too.
    I have a rental property where renters skip out and trashed the house. I need to sell some of my best sites to raise cash to keep up mortgage.

    Anyway I am asking for opinions what members here think my site is worth.
    Alexa ranking: 587,063
    google links: 195
    yahoo links: 512
    Pagerank 1
    unique visitors per month are around 7000
    pageviews a month are about 100,000

    I havent tried to monetarize the site so havent made much from it -- only about $200 since i launched in January of this year.
    i have sold over $1000 to members there.

    I have done lots of seo, and customizations. What would be a fair price for the site?

    Your site is not active.
    There are few activities.
    And all those site for sell is not a high quality website.
    $1000 for you website is the maximum you can get.

    Your site is nice, i have seen... Its page rank is 1. I think as per data of visitors, you should expect at lease 1500$

    maybe it can be calculated by the income
    Price of site = 12 x monthly income...
    But since you are not intensive monetize it, maybe you can raise it some from that calculation.
