How Much Would This Site Be Worth?

I am just wondering how much one of my sites would be worth if it were to be sold.

www.CombatFPS.com is the number one gaming community dedicated to shooter games, with thousands of posts and members on the forum. It runs Simple Machines, has a custom, unique theme - and would be the complete site.

Could I have a quote please?

 

6 to 12X the monthly net, assuming it does not require much work - otherwise, a reasonable amount should be deducted from the net for a persons time.

 

Well the community does rely on in-game leagues, but the staff members there can take care of that so it'd be not much of a problem for the owner, but the community does need edging on to get posting sometimes.

 

At least 500 I reckon, given that it has high PR.

 

Why don't you set up and ad in the selling section? I guess you can find out how much your site is worth to other webmasters.

Raise the PR first, and maybe you will get good price.
like what mjewel said, the formula is 12 x monthly income, or maybe 14 x income... if you want higher.

 

yeah probably worth somewhere between 500 and 1000$. It doesn't seem like that site gets very much traffic...How much does it make in revenue per month? It also depends on how the visitors interact with the site...

I think market segment of the website plays a big role in setting the price too

 

Yeah this site is purely a FPS gaming website and would prove valuable to advertisers too.
