    I do hosting and my basic plan is $4 a month which includes 10 domains, 10gb transfer a month and 200 mb space. PM me if you are interested.

    A Small Orange is very reputable and has some low-cost plans. Although I have yet the chance to try them. But you certainly can find tons of good feedbacks about them around the web.

    I prefer goDaddy or hostgator.
    But if you want local hosting company also good. You can check yourself what they are use for computer server.
    But I think the best deal is on hostgator

    I've been using GoDaddy and the service has been good. Recently found this http://www.webhostingpad.com/ The price is good but know nothing about the service or the company in general. The claim 99% up time.
