How to increase traffic through socail bookmarking

I reguarly bookmark my url in some social bookmarking site such as digg, delicious, mixx, reddit, jumptags, stumbleuppon etc. But unfortunately I get no traffic from this bookmarking. Is there any secret that make me popular and get more traffic from bookmarking?

 

You need to have some relevant, cool content for your site visitors and just add some social bookmarking buttons to your site.

If you use Wordpress, have a system developed, or find something already made, that auto submits your new content to each social site after it's created, that way it's automated, and submits good content, could help a bit.

I also suggest Facebook. And also Youtube, you need some patience with it but it works.

 

Try Digg and Reddit they give a massive visitors to your site since they have millions of members who visits your site.

 

No Rocket Science. Just think logically there are tons of people submitting there content to bookmarking site every day or I say every minute.. how you think you will get traffic out it. I am not saying that you cannot get traffic from bookmarking. I am saying that just bookmarking cannot help in driving traffic. Its a chain reaction.
1. You write good content.
2. Submit to bookmarking
3. It result in Better SERPs.
4. You can more visitor.
5. You give them option to share
6. They share and
7. Hurray!!! your bookmarks are live..they then come on top pages of bookmarking sites. Making it visible for people to read.

So the bottom line is ..........Content is King. What say???

The problem I have found is when using social bookmarking for business posts its very obvious, how can you make sure the content is good whilst still creating the right buzz for your company?

I think you just need to concentrate on writing things that people will want to read. There's no point in regurgitating content from other sites or employing an article writing company who will write some utterly dull piece that is of no interest to anyone. Write interesting articles regularly, make it easy for people to bookmark your pages with on-page buttons and you will get bookmarked.

Make sure you're submitting content that actually has potential to attract visitors. For instance, who will want to read an article on Digg about mobile ringtones or something like that? Think viral.

 

you should try facebook and twitter but specially for bookmarking you should try Digg , Diggo, Reddit, mister wond , Delicious they generate good amount of traffic and backlink

I have tried social bookmarking, I think I may be doing it all wrong. I just bookmark it and that all, are there other steps to bookmarking. What are the steps to bookmark a site to get visitors.

 

This is most people do mistake that once they submit their site to TOP social bookmarking and they are fine, but submit to many social bookmarking as many as you can. It does not matter what language, countries, and how much traffic they have.

 

I thing you should need to look back on your titles of your submission. Do they have nice titles? Do they look interesting? You should consider these factors. If your want others to click your bookmarks, well you just need to review your titles and make them interesting to read.
