selling a domain is a hopeless thing...if you wanna get rid of it what makes you think others will want to buy it? if they want the domain they will just let you get bored and will register when you drop it...

Everything has a percieved value, what may seem hopeless/worthless to you could equal riches to somebody else. What represents value in a domain name could be:-
    a) the domain keywords i.e. londondentist.com <-- you could build this to rank well on this search term as it is included in your domain it adds value to its search ranking and this could be a very competitive search term
    b) if the domain is aged and there has been a page on it then it could already be ranking well hence holding value for the domain
    c) backlinks could already be built
    d) existing traffic

so there are a number of factors you have to look beyond 'just a domain name'

Instead of just selling the domains, why not build up a small business on those domains, then sell for more profit on somewhere like Flippa?

You will thank me later on for that one, always a way to get better bang for buck.
