I just want to know, which kind of profitable online home business would you start with 15000 USD and remember you are alone or single not a group of people.

use part to learn something useful and helpful TO OTHERS
get a laptop to work with
then invest in a few months full time content creation
    = 15k$
BTW - i started with far less than 15k 13 yrs ago - but i invested a few years in content creation while working

Set up a server park and start hosting for a few dollar per month. Or create a vpn, vsp service... you only have to invest once, then the money comes continuously...

    Cheers,

Personally, I'd buy an existing site with an established (with proof) income stream for 10-12k and spend the rest on trying to improve it - better marketing, SEO, design, etc.

I would probably do what i'm (slowly) trying to do here - set up a hosting company with a Point of Difference, add massive value, expand out into other forms (such as spend a little on supporting game dev etc) trying to get loyalty.

Of course, i'm stating with $150, and have a huge interest in this area(and a skill set).

But the formula is the same - find something you know about - learn tons - offer a great base product and add on value.

What interests you - what can you do?

However, whatever you do is going to have high risk - and cost you a lot of time!

I can maintain any site like attending phone calls and emails, more like a help executive. The thing that interests me are website or domain selling/buying sites but you know building such kind of sites takes atleast 6 figures+, so i'm really confused.

That's probably a good way to lose a lot of money. The web hosting business is fiercely competitive online.

I would split it up across my ventures.

I would shoot some more adult content for my sites. I get to cash in on the sites, the clip stores, and later licensing. Making a hefty return long haul.

I would then invest some in my web hosting, and maybe the remaining in a newer venture I am working on.

Then maybe you should partner with someone. Especially if you can handle all the paperwork and contracts!

If you want to start something new - my suggestion is to start very small and move up - first have an idea, then really plan it out (Mind-map, Spider-diagram, flowcharts, bullet-points etc).

Then maybe pay a decent web designer here $50 to do a front page, take a look at it. Go back to your drawing board. Once you have really used that page up, ask the designer to redo it with x y and z. When your really happy with the idea, make up a small website - then get it coded as a dummy. Think it out, test the basic ui etc. When your happy with that you can start thinking about getting in developers and paying well over $1000 for a site.

This may be completely irrelevant, but the idea is to really value every cent - and to make every cent worth more (If you give a designer a fully made website as a spec sheet - your going to get a hell of a lot more for your money than if you said "I want a web host plz").

Consider starting a competition for business idea's - offering $1000 to the winner. If you publicize it well you will have many decent proposals backed up by people with different skills. You can sponsor one, many, or even just come up with your own at the end.

Spend it to build a huge website that has the potential to make $100+ a day.
