Make a huge website, hire some PHP developer and create a custom made script, Start and run your own Social Networking site like facebook, Hire Facebook ads, Keep rocking until you get bored and after that sell your website as if you are selling a gold mine.

my suggest is make a simple website, but you must know you want to make money from what?. Affiliate?, adsense?, selling link or?, if i be you, i will search good niche or keyword to get many traffic, spend some money to buy link and SEO my site.

Sample, i got benefit from one site $3000 per month from PPC, i spend $200/month , not too bad...imagine if we build 10 site like that, just my opini

I agree with the DukeAce...get something that no one else has and run it for a little while, then sell it for a huge profit. Bank the rest of the money. But, when it sells, use that money to flip another one like it. Pretty soon people might hear what you are doing and hire you to do it for them.

For starting any kinda site you need to have some one to manage them or be ready to manage them by yourself.
Coz its easy to start but tough to manage.

You can create a beatiful classifieds website with enhanced functionality and modern design. Then hire proffesionals who will promote it on the web. There are a lot of opportunities to make money for classified website owners.

I have the deal for you. I work in the direct mail field. I have come across a method that is as original as it is promising. Unfortunately, I need 5K to get started with it. 5K that I do not have. If you would loan me that 5K, we will split the profits 50-50. I do all the work, you sit back and relax. In two months or less you will get a check of 7K or more. For more info, PM ASAP.

The only information that you provide is a sum of money, yes in theory it is a reasonable amount but depending on your experiance on running websites you can either make a very nice profit over time or loose the lot.If your are just beginning in cyberspace you will find alot of people offering you some amazing business offers some maybe reasonable but most will end up over time being a big waste of time and money but if you have really experianced you could well take your time and find a really great investment.

    Always assume the worst.

If your buying a website, assume that it might not pay for itself - it could loose traffic or be hacked. Or just lose interest naturally.

If your making a website, always assume its going to cost at least 3 times the quoted cost. The project will overrun, it will need more man power, hosting will be expensive, you will needs expensive advertising, you will not make any profit (on running cost) for the first 6 months.

If you assume all that, there is not a lot that can go wrong - if you don't, fully expect to end up in a bad situation.

Take your time, and come up with something unique. A mediocre unique website idea will pay out more than a great idea that's had some variant of itself implemented before.

If you want to know some specific investment opportunities in websites, feel free to PM me.

Just remember, a fool and his money are soon parted :)

Come up with a concrete plan, and make sure you have the right skillset to make money before you spend even one cent.

Until you decide, put it in a high interest yielding account - at 5%, you'd get $2,500 at the end of year one, which is probably more than a lot of people who try their hand at IM actually make (sad but true).

    Good luck.
