It is simple, traffic = attention , more traffic = more attention
so what a site does after 2months with me it will do the same from the very first day, hence 60 days saved.

I hope nobody will make a brand new site in just 5 minutes before asking me to increase pagerank or just to prove me wrong nobody will make such a site.

If the site is online it may take forever to get noticed, or it can get noticed sooner.

 

Page rank is based on back links, not on traffic. Where are you getting your information from? $50 seems like a lot, and how can you possibly guarantee a PR2 with what you are offering?

And i don't think google has a pagerank of 1 billion, I don't read in libraries about pagerank, I have done it and I know how to do it.

Maybe google have new algorithm(modified one), but in the past they use that algorithm.
