Yes your able to do that. As how long they stay on your site depends on the user or the person thats viewing your site.

 

What I actually meant when I asked how long the stay was:
Are there any timer on an iFrame for the visitors that visit my page,
so that in 10 seconds they continue viewing others websites etc?
Most PTC networks have a timer on an iFrame before they can click "next" if you
get what I'm saying.

@wulkan Our traffic is not from PTC its PPC. There are no timers in our network so depends on the viewer. its basically blind click traffic which is why its so cheap.
