Classified Ads website. Which CMS would you use?

which open source cms would you pick for a classified ads website?

Some features I'm looking for are: a structure supporting unlimited subcategories, sellers should have a page with all their ads, messaging between users or forward message via email, flexible custom fields ( example: engine, warranty, horsepower for autos; level, neighborhood for real estate etc, possibly searchable), search engine friendly urls, free and paid ads ( paid listed first or something along these lines )

I would be really interested to see some samples of what you have build with which systems, or if you just know any good website that uses an open source cms for classifieds

Thanks for replies and PMs, I'm interested in something opensource, not encoded and possibly free ( at the moment I don't have a real project, I'm just trying to understand what's the best option available at the moment ).

Any combination of CMS + extensions would be very interesting as well.

Drupal + its embedded content creation kit sounds really appreciated in order to create something like what I described.

Thumbs up, there are tons of other free ecommerce themes too or for cheap. If you don't want to use a paid theme, there is a free solution too for you to test out.
