Affiliate Business - First Time - Will This Idea Work?

Hey guys,

I'm very new to online business, especially to affiliate business. I would like to know how you people work on affiliate marketing business. Do you think that an idea like embedding an affiliate product review (something like this on the right side) can bring us a few sales? I would like to start with affiliate business with a few similar products.

I will keep updating about the conversions - so far, only a few visits per day. So cant expect anything. But lets see how it goes.

I do think there is a LOT of data to process by your visitors but the concept behind it seems nice. Make a case study and report

 

1. What is your blog or review is about?
2. Is the product listed matches with the content of your blog?
3. Does the product you sell has any reputation?
4. Is the money worth for the buyer?
5. Why should he buy it from you?
6. How is your blog or review site different from others?
7. How is the product you are promoting is different from it's competitor's?
8. Who are your target audience/blog visitors?

Try to get the answers for these are you are on the right track

 

You will have to employ the principles prescribed for SEO in the initial stages of your affiliate marketing business. Then you should go for other techniques like PPC.

You have to joint venture with a lot of people with the same niche with you, it can increasing your brand image. so you must sharpen the tools of affiliate, such:

Landing page
Squeeze page
Autoresponder
Valuable giveaway
OTO

Product reviews is one of the best ways to promote your product or a affiliate product.

Writing a product review is just like writing an article. It is kind of an writng-art.

I suggest, when writing a product review;

Short intro, talk about product, list good things about product, list one negative side of product, make an overall evaluation of hte product, where you trick the viewer to buy.

Look do not try to reinvent the wheel. If something worked and is still working. I would stick with it. If you have a new way of marketing it will take a lot of money and split testing. If you are new do what has been working when you have several streams of income, then you can try new things, an only then that is my take.
