you need to pay for each download to keep it legal if you don't mind get a server in togo or somewhere else and then keep domain settigns privat

buy wallpapers directly from the artist or pay them to upload at your website ;) you won't get good ones free and legally ;)

You can also contact music companys and they will ussally bulk sale if your a LLC. or Inc.

You can always just buy them off of Itunes and use them as you legally purchased them.

Since there is so much attention to this sensitive topic currently, I strongly advise you to consult with a lawyer who specializes in this area. Intellectual Property I believe they are called. Make sure all of your bases are covered and approved in writing before you upload to your site.

i would scratch the downloads, and maybe host a radio station of random songs. you can even break it down to genres. this will keep the legal aspect out of the picture.

i dont think you need a legal right as long as your website is licensed then i think that its okay for you to do whatever you would like on it

I think we need licensed to allow users to listen and download the songs, music from our site.

So i want to know that particular resource, site or anything from where i will get the new latest songs and permission to upload them on my site.

    Please advice here.

    Thanks in Advance.

Start like every other business. Speak with the developers/writers/artists on the songs and see if you can work out a license to where you pay them for each download. I believe this is how Itunes and similar sites work as well.
