I'm just commenting to be subscribed to this thread. Interesting topic. I never made 100k online but I have made it in a year through various jobs in conjunction with my website.

 

Not certain you are going to get a lot of responses on this - as most persons that are pulling in that kind of money, aren't going to hold up a big COME COMPETE AGAINST ME sign by posting in the thread.

 

This is very true in some industries and circumstances, but not all. I'll give the example of the pizza place that opens on its own at the edge of town. It may get a little interest. Suddenly 2 or 3 more pizza places open on the same street. Now that particular area becomes THE place to go for pizza, and all the shops benefit.

I know its a bit different from the online world, but I truly believe that healthy competition actually helps my niche. I make very good figures in the hypnosis niche, and it seems to be rising regardless (or maybe because) of new competition joining the market all the time. The thing with hypnosis is that still a lot of people don't think to give it a try as they don't understand it, or are even scared of it (although there are also many die-hard fans too). The more websites there are about it, the more people will become informed, and confident to use it.

Of course there is always a saturation point, but I think it has a way to go yet. Maybe I will be singing a different tune if/when this happens!

 

I think there might be many people who made 100K till now over internet here at Digitalpoint itself. If you say 100K in a year then might be only few.

 

i read in warrior forum that a australian girl made 100k in a year through video marketing youtube , she made 3 video that totally got 139 milion visitor from 3 videos , that's awesome.

 

$100k in a year?? There's 16 year old douchbags that are making like $1m online, 100k is chump change to thousands of successful online business owners.

That kid wants it more than you and his motvational and self belief levels must run at 10,000% per second, you've got to work out how can you beat him?!?!

 

I have not earned 100K in a year yet, but I'm currently starting to see my income rise.
I will most likely make over $100k/year from internet in some years.

that's a great story with the 16 year old kid. Sometimes people just get lucky too. You never know what will work until you try it. if you throw 100 good ideas against the wall, something is bound to stick really well.

This is a interesting thread. From what I've read on this forum and others, I thought 100k was the norm for most intermediate marketers.

If I can continue to keep selling my products at the pace I'm on(knock on wood)I should be well over 100k for the year. And the best part is I've just started doing internet marketing this year.

The best thing to do IMO is to get a mentor and ask to learn the EXACT methods they use to make money and emulate it for yourself. At least that's what I did.

An online business just need to make at least 274$ of sales per Day consistently throughout the year to achieve 100K. I think 274$ per day is quite achievable.
