i think you need to use a template

 

use popular ad-formats instead of the small formats you have now
Google has a fine list of all popular formats
alsmo make sure you have formats that offer image ads as well
use 2-3 of those ad-units to allow sufficient ads to appear

often the most expensive ads are boring and hence get few clicks while the lesser expensive ads are more interesting and thus get more clicks
to benefit from such more interesting ads more ad-slots are needed than your 2 x 2 slots

if you use for example 2 ad-units that have 4-5 ads each like most popular formats have - then you have about 9 competing advertisers on each page and hence more likely an interesting ad than if you have only 4 advertisers in your current 2x2 units

 

I wouldn't even browse the site - cluttered top to bottom - forget receiving clicks on your adsense.

i'm going to continue to clean it up and test different channels... and continue to add more and more content.
