Being an Adsense member am I bound to display google Ads???
Or else is it possible for me not to include ads for somedays :D ?

My concern is whether I could use adsense ads only when I have no other ads(my own) to display???

I know that displaying context sensitive ads is not allowed along with adsense, but I was thinking about using them alternatively. Is it awright???

you can use adsense + any other contextual ads on the same site, but not on the same page.

Adsense do allow you to show other ads if there is no relevant ads to show. But Adsense don't allow you to use it as alternative ads, when there is no ads to show by other programmes. I'm not sure about this though.

You can publish alternative contextual advertising as long as it doesn't load along with adsense. Maybe you can use phpadsnew to load adsense 50% of the time & the other 50% your program of choice.

If your site does not generate enough clicks for 2 months, Google will terminate your account.

I've seen accounts getting disabled for that reason.
