    Hi,

    My wife wants to start a clip4sale store, featuring a solo her. We've made some videos, and I know how to open a clips4sale store, but should I do a LLC first? Should I create a LLC? Is there anything else I would need?

    I've been looking for information for months now. The problem is there isn't a lot of information when it comes to starting a small hobby adult business.

    I've looked at other solo girls on that site and a few have LLCs, but most of them do not?

    Any suggestions?

    If you have some creditors to start this business, get the LLC. It protects you from you personal property being taken if the business fails. Even if you don't have creditors an LLC is a smart idea, just makes sure your business property and personal property are seperate in the eyes of Big Brother.
