seems to by stuck in "pending status"

    I just added a new site to my account about 10 days ago, and it has not processed it yet. The sitemap status has been sitting in "pending" since then, even though it shows that my sitemap was downloaded just yesterday.

    Is this normal, or should I be concerned?
