    that post the top paying adsense keywords. I was wondering if those are really acurate? Do those keywords really pay $70-80 for one click?? or am I reading that wrong.

    that CPC that it reports... is that the amount the advertiser is paying per click, or the amount the publisher is making per click?

    That is lowest amont which AdWords suggest advertisers to pay. So most probably you (publishers) will get 50% of it.
