    I want to set up a site where people can create blogs and it will be posted on the site... Is there a good CMS for this with possibly SEO'ed URLs?

    Drupal has the capability to include blogs and has the SEO friendly URLs. If you haven't already, visit OpenSourceCMS so you can test drive the most common CMS to see what fits your needs.

    Personally, I found Drupal very easy to use. At one time I had tried out Mambo and I found Drupal to be much easier than that. There are plenty of modules and themes to install and they are quite easy to configure.

    If you need to customize existing modules/themes, you will likely need a little PHP knowledge but nothing too complex. I've personally found the support forums to be quite helpful as well, although I have heard others here who thought otherwise.

    All I can tell you is that I have used Drupal on a variety of sites and have been very pleased with it.

    Im looking to open blook.cc and have people login to post blogs. The main page will be just listings of new blogs..

    Possible with drupal?
