    Ok,

Well basically im currently modding and designing content for this site, (www.small-dogs.net) put when I attempt to put my second lot of adsense ads on, it simply doesnt display, ive tried text ads, links ads in all different locations, but I can only get the title image ad to display.

    Any ideas guys?

Your ads seem to be displaying now, but your link ads are running off the page. You have to be careful where you put those guys ... if you put them in a table cell that's too narrow, they'll run off the page.

    Good luck.

when one or more ad units do NOT display
that simply means that for the keywords on THAT page there are NO competitiors for more ads
hence NO competitor = NO ads

    different pages may behave differently
different locations / countries may also show different results for th every same page

    again or still
HERE in firefox your links on bottom are running WAY OUT of the page - about half
i am quiet sure there is a point in TOS that says that ads need to be displayed properly without obsctruction or so ...

    correct it !

COUNT the pixels of your template size
and make sure the size of ad units is well within the size of your page including any margins, padding, etc

    the upper ad-unit - i see 2 ads

edit: After I few hours I can see it perfectly, and also is there a method to remove the 'advertise on this site' from my ads, because im sure I read something somewhere to get it off?

but by the selection of footer-link size you made you know how many pixels you need
on my last check the foot-link unit was about 50% larger than your page
when you insert adsense3 code - each code has a known size requirements
in your template you have a fixed size configuration
    the rest is simple math

In your adsense account go to My Account >> Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up and check out Subscription.

make sur eyou know what you do when you disable 'advertise on this site'
there has been weeks or few months ago another long and active thread about this subject of having OR NOT this link - you may want to study that thread before making a decision about excluding advertisers to advertise on your site.

I had this advertise on this site deactivated - and of course if you have a large site you exclude a bunch of potential advertisers - thus reducing the competition / number of potential bidders.

Now after some 2-3 month w/o advertisers on my site i have reactivated the site advertisement link again and got many new/old advertisers back on my site and an overall better competition among all advertisers = better $ !!

if you are only a small site with a few hundred visitors - there might be no difference but if you have thousands of visitors and an attractive topic then you may have many business owners advertising just on your site because they may make good business and hence are willing to bid a few cents higher than others.

I have for example in my "hobby" section Philippines many hotel / resort owners of small or medium size family hotels who love to adverdise and are more than happy with the results and love to BID / out-bid their competitors

... some of them have full hotel offseason while other non adword users are near empty. no wonder they love to bid for cents making hundreds of $ on each customer.

advertisers using this link may be some business who otherwise never would appear on your site but they find your site attractive and relevant to THEIR business and bid against the general adeword users - hence increasing high end competition on your site

if you dislike ONE particular adword business - you still have the additional option to use competition FILTER in your adsense account
