    I like it for the simple reason that your bright red text on black makes my eyes search immediately for relief on the page somewhere!

    How about changing the colour of your ad text from white to red, so that it is the same as your normal links. Might work, might not, but could be worth a play :)

    Very nice work! Maybe a firefox referal button somewhere? Also the main block at the top might be considered a TOS violation because there isn't a border between the images and the ad unit.

    I programmed it all using simple includes, and I use cutenews to include news on the home page .

    I hate to say this but I loved you site...

    but the only thing is I wouldn't be able to stay on long as it starts hurting the eyes after a short while!

    I knew that will happen, but don't worry I always change my layout, well see if some people like the darkness bloody one then I may change it to a blue one .

    Maybe you could just change the colour or the links or perhaps the border colours may tone it down abit - but i think its great other than the eyes bit!!
