What is wrong with Reddit.com

What is wrong with Reddit.com i make my account last month and i have just few bookmark there and now now when i submitting new site it have message
"You've submitted too many links recently. Please try again in an hour."

 

Not sure that anything is wrong. It's very possible that your idea of "few" exceeds the programmed acceptable posting frequency for Reddit. Sounds like something they built in to combat spammers.

 

I had the same problem so i just terminate the account and opened a new one.

 

Reddit is really hard to figure out sometimes. The best thing to do is wait a few days without any activity or just create a new account, as Deso already suggested.

 

Ha ha... hard to figure out how to use... or hard to figure out how to scam? Reddit is intentionally built to keep spammers away, so maybe you should stick to posting information that the community sees as interesting, rather than spam.

 

It's really both. No one is in the interest of spamming Reddit - not us anyways. We submit the same type of content that we see on the front page of Reddit, and oftentimes it gets on their front page. Still, other times when we submit the same type of content from the same domain, it doesn't even appear in the upcoming or anywhere, and gets needlessly filtered. "It's hard to figure out" because sometimes you do the same thing and you get a different result, which is always a mind screw.

 

I suggest you should read their guidelines, and after few days you submit your post again if there is the same error occurs then contact them through their customer support if available or through email, and if the problem remain same then login to a different account.

 

i try to submit again 2day and i get the same message again so i think i will go for new account . but i am thinking what if i get the same message again after new post?

 

I suggest you try again in an hour mate

 

It will mean that Reddit isn't as stupid as you thought it was and they have seen through your dishonesty.

 

seems some problem with your ip if that used to spam previoulsy by some other guy

 

The exact same thing happens to me to the point where I just gave up on redditt. I think it has to do with how much you contribute in terms of leaving comments on other people's stuff as well. So , they just dont want you to give links of webpages but also surf their site and leave comments on other people' s stuff. Maybe that will help?

I am experiencing the same thing this past few days.. and I made my account rest for a while.. Yesterday I tried to use it and it did accepts it..

Maybe you are really submitting a lot recently..

i tried many times to use it, but failed, really makes me insane
so i never used it in the past several months.

 

may the reddit have created a list of user who tried bookmark more then twice in minute and admin created a new role to give them "allowing no access".
