Wow , I would also be very interested in some figures here. Maybe you could compile numbers of CTRs that you get from other ads, then you can come up with a number of people you would be able to send to your advertisers website. Then, you could look at Adwords CPC estimates from the adwords tool for keywords on an advertisers website, then you could say to a potential advertiser "you pay x dollars per click through adwords" I can send you 100 people per day based on these numbers and so you should pay me x*100 bucks? Something like that?

Depend on how much traffic you get and how much space you willing to give them :) You can find those out easily by comparing your site to other. Good luck!

    1000 impressions a day...hmmm.

About $30/per month for a 728by90 banner. Of course if you knew that amount of CLICKS then I could be really accurate.

An old rule of thumb, really general, like before Google Adsense, was that one click = $0.01. And I would say that for any traffic, just general traffic, I would be ready to pay around that amount. Anything above that would need to be somehow targeted towards what I do and what I offer.

Depends on the niche, where does the traffic comes to your site, CTR etc. Too many factors to generalize

Most advertising site measure a website by the quality of its contents, traffic and visitors.

Some charges $500 monthly for a 125x125 banner spot above the fold and it generates 100,000 monthly page views.

Not all that important whit the keyword price . You got to think like true investor and take into account at least 5 factors when deciding the price . It's like a more advanced version of the Lotka-Volterra algorithm .

    CPM?

I don't think people will go for it if compare with CTR.

Why don't you put affiliate banner?

It can earn more if you can get sales.

I always thought ads from advertisers can bring me a more constant and stable income compare to using affiliate banner.
I'm still new to this industry and is looking for ways to monetize a site. Any useful advice from experienced experts will be really useful to put me on the right track.

If I am an to advertise my product, I won't go for CPM ad as CPC is way better for me. But I guess with that amount of traffics, it worth hundreds a month maybe?
