Couldnt you as a company register a paypal account under the company name as you are registered in cyprus?

 

TB is from russia. The affiliate manager is from cyprus only. Itsnt she doing the payments i believe. There may be dept of billing/payment for tb. Paypal is forbidden for russians and nearby countries. Its what why itsnt possible. its from my observation. might be true

@Hearthrobz - yes but the company is registered in cyprus so they could just use a .cy proxy or register froma cyprus building and operate all the payments from there

Our service was born in Russia, but now it's owned by a company from Cyprus. The paypal problem is being solved but, unfortunalely, very slowly. But we hope some day we'll have our own account. I don't know the reasons why we can't have it now.
