    And for clarification purposes, how will this sample be used and who assumes the copyright to it, once delivered?

    Further, if someone is able to link you to an online portfolio of published samples, are they still required to submit one to you?



    On a side note, I'm not interested in the job, but these are questions that many writers will want addressed so it would be helpful for them to know this information upfront.
