lol, You cannot guarantee position "A" since you cannot control where the person is searching from (Google's hub servers cache differently hence Google dance), which WILL change the relative position. You can guarantee first page but not position for any non-niche keywords. I have many clients in "A" when searched locally, but if I change the location I am searching from it does not ALWAYS stay that way. Might want to tweak the pitch a bit.
