A question you should discuss with your personal CPA if you've hired one to do your annual taxes.

Some countries are now that strict in this aspect while some others are. Generally any kind of income has to be declared but practically anything below $100 does not really seem so worthwhile.

Of course you have to pay taxes on your profit. Take your expenses running the site and deduct them from the income/revenue from selling advertising spots to get your profit. Your accountant or even bookkeeper should be able to show you how to set this up.

I think the rule was if you make more than $600 a year or so, you have to report it and pay taxes on it.
Technically you don't HAVE to pay taxes though. I mean, it's illegal but hey. I bet tons of people get away with it

Vary country to country, you have to pay taxes if you are taking any advantage from that country. Decide yourself :)

you have to tell them your making income, how ever you may not have to pay tax on it if its under a set ammount. I got fined because i thought it was ok to not pay it i dont suggest it.

of course you have if you make enough money. How much enough is depends on the country you're in and the tax requirements and all this they have.

If you're in the United States, you're supposed to pay taxes regardless if it's over or under $600 because if someone claims some money as a business expense and you haven't paid appropriate taxes, you could be audited.

    Anywhere else, I can't comment.

There are different laws for every state. I suggest to check with your state website for small business information. The fact that you are online makes no difference. A business is a business.
