    Hello ,

WP is just a blogging tool. But Drupal has almost everything.WP is just about 10% of Drupal. We can't even compare WP with Drupal. Drupal has huge amount of modules and, its modular structure , with perfect coder we can do almost anything with drupal in Web

    Thanks, Raja

Drupal offers much more complex options than WP but is more complex to set up. So if your site is simplish go WP; if you plan complex functions, go D.

    hi,

I didn't use word-press much more.. But in my experience drupal is better for website development. Drupal CMS is wildly famous because it provides a powerful, scalable, low cost, high value solution to manage and grow an internet presence. Drupal CMS is open source which means the code is freely available to anyone to use and modify.

So My preference is drupal.. Thanks

If you want a blog like site use WP, but if you really want to create a powerful website, I recomend Drupal, I'm using Drupal right now ;)

You start logically with word-press. Get to know it well.. Work with it... Know all you can do. If you think it is manageable for your needs, stick with it. Shift to Drupal if you want expand your site. not in terms of size but in terms of technicality. By the way, Drupal is the best free CMS now.

I go with Drupal as an open source Content Management system authorizes to develop completely scalable solutions which are written on programmatic language PHP and database MySQL.

Agree with you, Drupal is Great, I love it. But if we only want to use that 10% feature or less, I recommend using wordpress, because it is more simple. So, Both are good. I use both of them in different purpose. I will use a sniper rifle to shoot a wild animal, but I will use Missile to shoot a war ship. I use wordpress for internet marketing site & I use Drupal to realize my imagination :)

Drupal is a full Content Management System and you can use it as a platform for building advanced web apps. It was designed as flexible as possible. It comes at a cost: it's not easy to learn Drupal. You have to understand it's philosophy.
Wordpress, on the other hand, is a blogging platform, which goes towards a CMS (starting from version 3.x IMHO). It's much easier then Drupal. If you need a blog like web site it's a very good solution. Another very important thing is that there are tons and tons of Wordpress themes. And it's really hard to find a good Drupal theme.

I don't think that one can compare Drupal to Wordpress. Drupal functionality is limitless where as Wordpress can be become less flexible with larger sites. I actually use them together with the Wordpress blog acting as the blogging platform for my Drupal sites. Wordpress blogs work well in the search results and have handy automated blog pinging utilities. They do different things well and should not be compared.
