backling through facebook ...?

All links are important IMHO. No follow doesnt mean that Google don't see them... better to have follow links of course, but it is important to have no follow links also, just to be more natural for Google.

 

Thakn guys, i believe FB can bring numbers of traffic but back-links, i still cant find any back links help in FB. What i know is keywords of FB status may help u to up ranking in unexpected way which sometime u can find some link through Google and direct to FB .

 

Although facebook links are no follow, it will affect your ranking especially many people "like" it.

 

facebook being no follow is use for driving traffic and not back link.. and since FB is the most popular social media it is easier to reach your target market.. you just have to do the right strategy for it to work.

If you share something on face book groups it is counted as back links. i have got one in my webmaster tool

 

Facebook helps to get traffic alone

 

Great idea to get traffic facebook have more then 3 million use and its still increasing.you will find lots of user with that make a page on facebook about your site it will be more great and effevtive

 

you can only get traffic form FaceBook because it only give nofollow link.

I am also using facebook last 10 months but I did not get any backlinks but yes you can increase the visitors.

 

Nofollow links DO count as backlinks. Here is a screenshot from my Google Webmaster Tools account.



You can clearly see that Gooogle Webmaster Tools shows Facebook and YouTube links (nofollow links) in the "Links to your site" section.

 

Facebook is certainly NOT the best way to get backlinks -.-".
