    I have 2 celebrity forum running,

    forum 1 is open for guests - and it showing some ads related to celebs and earning 0.01 or 0.02 per click.

    and

    forum 2 is open ONLY for registered and it showing ads related to DB and passwords and it earn around 0.1 per click.

    which method you prefer most

    If your forums get busy, you will have to limit guests posts or spend a lot of time deleting posts.

    Your mods should not have to camp out overnight to do it. If you have people in different time zones willing to help, that's great.
