Hey guys, how to setup a https based glype proxy? i have a vps and also dedicated ip address. please tell me the detail lol thanks.

 

So the dedicated IP is probably set up right? You just head over to Glype.Com, download the script and follow the instructions.

From what I remember, you just upload the files and once installed you'll go to a page where you have to fill in some information (like with the WP install). Otherwise, I'm sure there is a readme file

 

I just setup one glype proxy. You download zip from their website, and inside zip you have install folder, upload everything from install folder to your website root and thats it proxy will work. If you want to setup or change something, upload admin.php file from extensions folder from zip file to your root folder on website and go to that page. After that just create some nice theme for your proxy site

 

Yep. Just like I thought it would be. Are there many themes available for this version of Glype actually?

By the way, are some proxy owners interested in some bargain domains? They don't have a proxy reputation but have been online for a while so they aren't getting seen as proxies. How's the domaining going by the way with proxy owners now? Back in the time I was into this fulltime, domains were random, but I've seen so many keyword-rich domains these days too. What are your tactics?

 

Proxy Webmasters are pretty smart when they submit their sites. This week and last week they know that traffic will be lower until next week once the holiday's are over and everyone returns back to school and work. So they are saving their links to submit next week and not waste them submitting them right now.

 

Well.
If you get international traffic, schools are not relevant.
I have 2 web proxies and they are not affected when it's not school time.
To get international traffic , you can localize your sites (spanish,...).

 

Good idea I hadn't thought to offer other languages.

 

I run cgi proxies yeah (vtunnel.com, etc). It was the best thing out there when I started, phproxy couldn't do form post at the time. If I was starting over from scratch I would use glype, but my copy of cgi proxy has been modified pretty heavily by me at this point, and that's work I don't want to redo in glype.

 

Does that traffic pay good?

Pls have time to submit your new proxy sites. it's auto approval , so no waiting for admin to approve it.

*The site will be heavily promoted(SEO,forums,my proxy network), so expect some traffic in future.

My proxy lists have recently been flooded with .tk domains, many of which have been redirected to the very same site. Moreover, subscribers of my proxy group reported that they aren't able to access Facebook for instance using these low quality proxies.

So I have decided to disallow .tk domains, and I would like to encourage proxy owner to submitt their quality proxies to my proxy lists including proxynet.org and proxies4u.com

The above proxy lists get a great amount of north-american traffic, and as there are no more .tk domains you will get a fair amount of quality visitors (high CPM) if you submitt your proxies

 

I have just added few more interesting functions on ninjaproxy.tk. Now you can PING or TRACE some domain or ip, and if you need there is also RANDOM Password generator. My idea is not to make general proxy website. Its more to make webmaster resource website with lot of interesting tools like ping, trace, random pass, md5 pass generator, whois, dns lookup etc...

I see also lot of people asking me how's revenue going. I see also .tk domain is not favorite domain, Yes i should buy some domain.
What do you think if i add facebook and tweet button on website.

And how donation going in proxy world? is it allowed to ask for donation and place donate button, and do people donate on such websites ?

And what about adsense on proxy site, is it allowed?

I was in the proxy business for a long time until I sold all my proxies 2 years ago to focus on other things. I was wondering if any proxy owners still buy unique proxy templates? Or do you just use free templates?

@Vahing what do you mean by low quality proxies ? Do you mean non ssl ?

 

I mean spammy design, no support for facebook and other famous social sites. On top of that have many low quality .tk domain proxies being redirected to the very same proxy which my proxy list subscribers related as low quality.
