    I strongly suggest you avoid dealing with trademarked business. It can give you a lot of stress later.

    But that's just me.

    Yes you can continue doing the thing you currently doing.

    They cannot harm you unless you do something to defame the trademark company name.

    That's not correct. It doesn't matter if you defame them or not, you cannot use a domain with a trademark if the usage overlaps or is similar to the TM holder. They can take the domain and or sue you. It really is going to depend on what the actual trademark is, and how the OP intends to use his domain (i.e. what is the blog about).

    It can't do any harm to your site. You can see exactly same domain name with different extensions. They are doing well in their field.

    If your subject matter of the website doesn't match with that business domain's, then I think they won't harm you.

    Mjewel is right. Using a trademark like that may be taken as an attack to their image (and ultimately to their financial goals). You should definitely avoid that.

    Why play Russian roulette?
    If you want to create this as your business - better choose something different.
    Companies big enough to trademark their name - especially if it is really big like a telecoms company can bury you in legal problems when you grow big enough for them to notice you. It can cost you many $ - even if you survive keeping your domain.
    Better to spend $10 on a different domain now than thousands later to justify what you are doing.

    Why not plan on using a new domain but keep your existing one?
    For the time being just add permanent 301 redirects to your old domain to point to the new one?
    replace the existing url pages with files that contain:
    <?
    Header( "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" );
    Header( "Location: http://www.redirectedurl.com" );
    ?>
    Where http://www.redirectedurl.com is the url for the redirected page in your new site.
    That way you can gradually ween yourself off the problem domain - but still keep any traffic coming your way with working links.
    A bit tedious if you have lots of pages - but quite easy to do.

    Don't hesitate. It does not harm. My friend bought one domain with .com extension, after he saw the same name with .ru extension. I said to go on and he is doing well
