Does anyone know the search algorithm of youtube?
What should I do to get on the first results on search by keywords?

 

There is a very remote chance that someone knows the answer to this; there is absolutely no chance that someone who knows it would post it on a public forum.

Seriously, no one does except those working at google. You can reverse engineer certain parts, but not all of it.
And then, there is NO WAY anyone is going to share this stuff publicly in a form. Sorry having to disappoint you like that.

Title should be exact phrase of the Search - although youtube search will get you literally 5-10x more traffic than SE, so it's not even that pointful to optimize in the traditional sense. A better approach may be to appeal to youtube searchers in which case you will want to have the word/phrase in the title along with something eye catching to see what you are talking about.

 

Actually, there are many people dont like to share youtube algorithms, or they sell in the form of services, we cant expect, we get their strategy for free here.

 

Ok I will share!

Upload your video, put your main keyword in title, description and tags. Scrape 1st level keywords from google Wonder wheel with your main keyword and insert these in description and tags also.

Build anchor text backlinks with main keyword and Wonder wheel 1st level keywords. (This will help to rank higher in youtube and google search engines)
Open your video in browser and grab titles from 5 to 10 most viewed Suggestions in right side. Build backlinks with that titles in anchor text. (this will help to rank in top related videos - This is my favorite way to get traffic)

Embed your video in some blogs and social networks so it looks more natural.

Dont spam all backlinks in one day. Make them a bit every day.

About after 1 - 2 month you will get 1000 and more views every day. no need to build links after that.
This is long process, but it is worth it

This method works for me more than year.
