Hi can any one tell me which site should I go to get those backlink for my website?

You think Google Buzz is great?? In what way? Its got "nofollow" tagged in.. that means no matter how many links you post, Google won't deliver the link juice!

And neither can Twitter or Facebook help! They have all got "nofollow" tags! I hope you Guys know about the basics of SEO

Well its depends on your site theme. There is not one site for backlinks there are lots of sites available for getting backlinks.
