    Guys just asking what are the benefits of eating vegetables?? For me when I am eating meat I fell great and strong.. How about the vegetables what vitamins I can get??

    Guys I don't loved to eat vegetables...:):eek::eek:

    Well, its important to eat everything.
    And vegetables provide you all vitamins you need for proper growth of your body. Start eating them and you will like it.

    i think vegetables are good for health as they make you healthy not fat they make your skin glow which meat doesnt and many other qualities are there

    I'll agree that they're a good source of vitamins, which are needed for a healthy existence.
    They're also good for your guts... keep everything moving as it should!
    I hate solid vegetables, but I quite like the juice which is also good for you.

    Yes some vegetables I don't like to eat but I will try to eat more veges so that my body will get more strong and healthier!!

    all human being should consume at least few vegetables to get their day to day vitamins .
    even if you like it or not rather you just grind the vegetable have like a juice

    Hey, you are having some vegetables without even you know..like the spices that you use in the non-veg stuffs.
    Veggies provide you all the essential vitamins, minerals and nutrition that even non-veg materials can't provide.

    Its very important to eat vegetables, believe me. My father is almost more than 50 years old, but still is so skinny as healthy which is only because of eating vegetables and quitting meat. He even plays tennis with me and some professionals and even wins at times :)
