Chitika makes me more money than Adsense and other $EPC and $CPA programs.

There's A LOT of people asking if Chitika is better than Adsense here in this section. Like.. a whole lot.. anyways, though I'd share my experience(s) and thoughts with Chitika.

First of all, simply put, Chitika will ONLY out-perform Adsense if you've got a website related to physical good/products. If you have a website about debt consolidation or if you have a website selling ebooks, Chitika won't do better than Adsense. If you've got a blog reviewing iPhone accessories, or if you've got an xbox 360 forum, then Chitika (with proper optimization) will out perform Adsense.

YOU MUST:

1. Add your domain to 'approved domains'
2. Pick relevant categories (if applicable)
3. BLEND YOUR ADS IN (like adsense)
4. Try and use the largest banner size you can without breaking your sites design
5. Place ads ABOVE THE FOLD
6. Use relevant page <title>'s as this helps Chitika know how to show proper and relevant ads

Obviously there's others, but using the tips above is a good start.

For me, on the sites I had that were related to physical products, here's how well Chitika performed compared to Adsense:
My Chitika ads were earning 2.5% CTR, nearly 2 full percentage points higher than Adsense
My Chitika ads were earning, on average, $0.30-$0.40 per click, which was on average ~$0.12 higher than Adsense

ONE THING TO REMEMBER: You need to really try and test various ad formats, designs, placements, etc.. and you must test it on good quality traffic. Don't just toss up a page with Chitika and Adsense, throw some garbage traffic at it, and keep what sticks.

TLDR: Chitika earned me way more than Adsense and still does, try the steps above and it MIGHT help you out-perform Adsense using Chitika. Obviously everyone's situation is different!
